Credit Card Visa

  • I will be working in Austria for a few years Where and how shall I obtain the equivalance of a gold credit card as I am used to having in Australia.

    Credit card is always linked to your bank account, there is no scheme like the one in Australia. And in most cases they/bank automatically take out the money our of your account at the end of the month.
    CC is only practical when purchasing over the web other then that you would mostly use your debit card (maestro or EC/EuroCheck)

    I agree with Anon2.

    Shop around and compare because not all credit cards charge the same annual fee. MasterCard is more widely accepted here than Visa.
