Vitamins

  • I always take a multivitamin, especially when in China. You can check out these guys, www.worldhealthstore.com.cn, they have a good range of imported Vitamins, Packaged Organics and Proteins.

    They don't have everything, but certainly more than most, also their staff are English speakers so I had no problem with my order.
