Croatia is safe

  • I am not 20 or blonde but I do live in Croatia and I do believe it is safe. I am British and lived in a variety of towns in Britain but to be honest I think Croatia feels safer than anywhere I've lived in Britain. I think its to do with the lack of a drink culture here. You obviously have to be careful but I can't think of a time except in the wee small hours when it would not be all right to wonder around alone.
    Its quite a traditional society though, and I am sure the locals would think you brave.
