How much does renting cost in Cyprus?
Property rental costs vary considerably with the size (number of-bedrooms) and quality of a property, its age and the facilities provided, and the length of the rental period (see below).
However, the most significant factor affecting rents is the location. Average prices for short- and long-term rentals in the main areas of Cyprus are given below.
Short-term Rentals
There are virtually no short-term rental properties in Nicosia. The prices quoted below are weekly.

Larnaca – A two-bedroom house can be rented for around €470, a four-bedroom villa for between €900 and €1800 per week.

Limassol – In Limassol city, a two-bedroom apartment costs around €640 and a luxury four-bedroom house €1700. In Pissouri Bay and village, a two-bedroom villa costs € 1100, a three-bedroom villa €1400.

Paphos – A two-bedroom apartment costs around €680, a three-bedroom house €930 and a large villa from €1300.
Long-term Rentals
The prices quoted below are monthly.

Larnaca – A one- or two-bedroom apartment costs around €430, a townhouse around €520 and a larger detached house around €850.

Limassol – Prices are slightly higher than in Larnaca, a one- or two-bedroom apartment costing around €460, a townhouse around €600 and a larger house between €850 and €1100.

Nicosia – Property in the capital is more expensive than in Limassol, a one- or two-bedroom apartment costing around €600, a larger apartment or townhouse around €700 and a large or detached house around €1200.

Paphos – Apartments in cost around €460, townhouses around €600 and larger houses or villas around €850.
