Working in Dubai compare to working in Saudia

Currently I am working in Saudia on 4500 Saudi Riyals ( Currency almost same as compare to Dhms ) Recently I got a offer in Dubai on 6000 Dhms. What do you people think when one is better? My 1500Sr differnce will compensate housing difference. What should I do? I am totally confused. Fahad
