  • For a big IT company we are looking for several Helpdesk experts

    LOCATION LEIPZIG


    - You will work in an international team supporting customers in their native language for all the issues regarding hardware and Software.

    - Experience in Helpdesk 1st and 2nd level
    - Experience in entry and escalation.
    - experience in IT user applications (Lotus Notes, Windows & Microsoft Office Package)
    - experience in customer Service
    - knowledge of Hardware and internet /intranet
    - you need to be an excellent teamplayer
    - availability to work in 8 hour shifts
    - Very good English both spoken and written
    - good German (optional but would be a plus)
    - a third eu or non eu language would be a plus (French, Spanish, italian, Portuguese, Polish, Czech, Romanian, Hungarian, Dutsch, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish, Arabic, Hebrew, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Albanese, Serbian)

    THE CONTRACT IS TEMPORARY: MINIMUM ONE YEAR.
