    That's not greek at all. It seems to be a format error from the real language, or actually it's something without sense.

    Hi... the sentence is in greek though in the original one you had problems with encoding. So...
    Someone is telling you that you can not expect a bicycle to stop if you just gear down.
    Don't know if that makes sense

    just so you know it's "re malaka"! Malaka is a world you will hear a thousands time a day and well, in a friendly way it means my "buddy" or "dude" like they all say in the states but when angry it means "asshole"!
